Job Title: Project Manager Role Summary: Lead on‑site delivery of a utility‑scale renewable energy or energy storage infrastructure project, managing EPC, OEM, and ICP contractors from mobilisation to commissioning. Represent the asset owner, ensure compliance with HSE, quality, schedule, cost, and regulatory requirements (CDM, NEC contracts). Expectations: Deliver the project within budget, schedule, and safety targets; act as the primary owner representative; coordinate all stakeholders; produce accurate day‑to‑day reporting; maintain a strong safety culture. Must work full‑time on site, 5 days per week, for a 6‑month contract outside IR35. Key Responsibilities: - Mobilise and manage site operations, ensuring adherence to CDM, NEC and company procedures. - Monitor cost, schedule, and contractor performance; provide daily updates and forecasts. - Identify, assess, and mitigate construction risks. - Interface with contractors, consultants, grid operators (DNO), local authorities, and internal stakeholders. - Support procurement, tender clarifications, contract negotiations, and administration. - Lead site inspections, quality assurance, and commissioning to achieve zero‑defect handover. - Promote and enforce a strong safety culture.
