Job Title: Data & AI Engineer
Role Summary:
Design, develop, and operationalize AI and machine learning solutions to meet business needs, building robust data pipelines and integrating models into production environments on cloud platforms.
Expectations:
Deliver end‑to‑end AI projects from conception through deployment, collaborate cross‑functionally with data, product, and DevOps teams, maintain high standards of performance, reliability, and documentation, and continuously explore emerging AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for AI/ML integration.
- Design and prototype AI models (ML, DL, NLP, CV, generative AI, agents).
- Develop, train, validate, and optimize models for production.
- Build and maintain scalable, robust data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
- Deploy models to cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and manage serving infrastructure.
- Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices: CI/CD, monitoring, automation, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Collaborate with data, product, and DevOps teams to ensure solution quality and performance.
- Participate in architecture, pre‑sales, and technical scoping phases.
- Conduct ongoing technology monitoring and communicate AI concepts to business stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Python; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, Hugging Face.
- Strong knowledge of NLP, computer vision, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tooling (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
- Solid SQL/NoSQL and data pipeline design skills.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value.
- Excellent teamwork, autonomy, and rapid learning capabilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
