Job Description

**Job Title:** Salesforce Integration Lead Consultant **Role Summary:** Senior-level consultant responsible for stabilizing and integrating Salesforce CRM with SAP ECC in a multi-instance enterprise environment post-merger. Focus on ensuring data integrity, validating integration flows, and maintaining sales/customer process continuity. **Expectations:** - 12–15 years of enterprise Salesforce CRM experience. - Hands-on technical expertise in CRM-integration workflows. - Post-merger system stabilization within extended timelines under high business visibility. **Key Responsibilities:** - Validate and troubleshoot Salesforce ↔ SAP ECC integrations for accounts, opportunities, orders, and invoices. - Diagnose and resolve integration errors impactful to financial close and customer processes. - Support CRM data reconciliation and cutover readiness across multi-entity systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP PI/PO/BTP, Salesforce, finance) to resolve interface defects. - Document defects, resolution steps, and stabilization checkpoints for leadership review. **Required Skills:** - Salesforce data models, APIs, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP). - Salesforce backend development (Apex, data transformations) or equivalent technical exposure. - Experience with SAP ECC integrations via middleware (PI/PO/BTP). - Proficiency in troubleshooting cross-system data flows and defect resolution. - Strong understanding of master data management in multi-instance environments. - Cross-functional collaboration and communication in high-visibility contexts. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field. - Salesforce certifications (Advanced Developer, Integration Architect) preferred.
