**Job Title**
IAM Administrator
**Role Summary**
Maintain and secure enterprise identity and access controls across on‑premise and cloud environments. Implement and enforce policies, provisioning workflows, and audit processes while collaborating with IT architects, engineers, and auditors to meet regulatory and security standards.
**Expactations**
- Execute identity and access management (IAM) policies and procedures for all applications.
- Perform advanced provisioning, deprovisioning, and access recertification.
- Conduct user access audits for on‑premise and cloud systems.
- Develop, document, and maintain IAM processes, workflows, and training materials.
- Support compliance audits (SOX, J‑SOX, NIST, CSF, ISO).
- Promote least privilege and Zero‑Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principles.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to design and deploy IAM solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer IAM technologies (e.g., Delinea Secret Server, Delinea Privilege Manager, Azure AD).
- Manage authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth) and RBAC implementations.
- Create and maintain identity and access control strategies and roadmaps.
- Provide end‑user support and training on access management best practices.
- Document and maintain process maps, SOPs, and compliance evidence.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to identity and access.
**Required Skills**
- 2+ years IAM experience with enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SOX, J‑SOX, NIST, CSF, ISO).
- Experience with least privilege, ZTNA, and IAM standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, RBAC).
- Proficiency in Delinea Secret Server and Delinea Privilege Manager.
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively, and adapt to change.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Security+ or equivalent security certification preferred.
