Expactations: - 3+ years in technical support or NOC, telecoms or managed connectivity. - Strong understanding of IoT device connectivity, networking fundamentals (routers, switches, firewalls), and mobile telecommunications. - Proficiency with ticketing systems (Zendesk), network monitoring (PRTG), and intermediate Excel skills. - Ability to act as liaison between customers and mobile network partners.
