**Job Title** Paid Apprenticeship – Inside Sales Representative **Role Summary** Serve as a remote inside sales professional in a food‑tech SaaS startup, driving subscription sign‑ups by conducting virtual product demos, negotiating contracts, and fostering partner relationships. Provide user insights to product and support teams, maintain rigorous CRM data, and collaborate cross‑functionally to meet aggressive sales objectives. **Expectations** - Attain monthly/quarterly contract sign‑up targets set by commercial leadership. - Maintain 100 % accuracy in all sales documentation and CRM entries. - Achieve high conversion rates from virtual demos to signed subscriptions. - Deliver timely, actionable feedback on user experience to product and support teams. - Demonstrate continuous improvement and self‑competition mindset. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect prospects via cold calling and tele‑marketing. - Host and deliver virtual (video‑conference) product demonstrations. - Negotiate terms, prepare, send, and secure signed proposals and contracts. - Track pipeline, forecast sales figures, and report performance metrics. - Record and analyze customer feedback and usage data for product enhancement. - Collaborate with support, product, and partner sales teams. - Maintain and update shared sales tools and databases. **Required Skills** - Strong verbal communication and presentation skills in French (native) and English (professional). - Proven ability to conduct remote demos of SaaS solutions. - Negotiation and closing skills. - Data‑driven mindset with meticulous attention to detail. - Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and standard office productivity tools. - Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and collaborative. - Ability to work independently while contributing to a team‑centric culture. **Required Education & Certifications** - Secondary or higher education; coursework or training in business, marketing, sales, or related field is preferred. - Sales‑oriented certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software, Salesforce Administrator) are advantageous but not mandatory.
