Job Description

**Job title** Full‑Stack Engineer – Resolve Team **Role Summary** A full‑stack software engineer focused primarily on front‑end React/TypeScript development for an AI‑enabled case‑management platform, with the expectation to evolve into end‑to‑end ownership of backend services and DevSecOps responsibilities over time. **Expactations** * Deliver high‑quality, maintainable front‑end components that consume REST APIs. * Contribute to the early‑stage architecture and foundation of the product, collaborating closely with senior engineers. * Gradually take ownership of back‑end logic (Python/FastAPI) and cloud operations (AWS serverless). * Participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, code reviews, and on‑call rotations once key systems mature. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and refactor React/TypeScript components for the Case Management UI. * Consume and integrate REST APIs, persisting data in DynamoDB or Postgres via SQLAlchemy. * Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests; maintain test automation suites. * Review pull requests thoroughly and mentor junior teammates. * Operate within an AWS serverless stack (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB/ RDS) including CI/CD pipelines. * Participate in on‑call shift and production incident handling. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications. * Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to prototype and augment product features. **Required Skills** * 3+ years professional experience in React and TypeScript. * Strong grasp of JavaScript fundamentals, component lifecycle, hooks, and state management. * Experience with RESTful API consumption and client‑side data caching. * Familiarity with relational (Postgres) or NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases and ORMs like SQLAlchemy. * Experience deploying applications on AWS (serverless architecture, Lambda, API Gateway, CI/CD). * Solid engineering fundamentals: modular design, SOLID principles, and testing best practices. * Fluent in written and spoken English. **Ideal but Not Required** * Python and FastAPI experience. * Prior on‑call or production ops exposure. * DevSecOps mindset and willingness to manage day‑to‑day operations. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. ---
