Job Description
Job title: Process Improvement Specialist Role Summary: Deliver end‑to‑end process design to optimise Customer Operations and Pensions Transition services, improving efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. Lead DMAIC‑driven improvement projects, produce detailed process maps, and guide cross‑functional teams through analysis and implementation. Expactations: Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or higher; extensive experience in Financial Services process improvement; strong stakeholder management and communication; proven ability to lead Kaizen events and apply statistical tools to drive measurable operational enhancements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Map current and design future‑state processes for Customer Operations and Pensions Transition. 2. Conduct root‑cause analysis, data‑driven insights, and statistical evaluation using DMAIC. 3. Lead Kaizen workshops and develop actionable recommendations. 4. Collaborate with developers, actuaries, and business users to integrate process framework into system delivery lifecycle. 5. Document process artifacts, storyboards, and compliance alignment. 6. Monitor implementation progress, validate improvements, and report outcomes to senior stakeholders. Required Skills: - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or higher) methodology application - Process mapping, design, and optimisation - Business Process Management (BPM) tool proficiency - Workflow automation and finance system enhancement experience - Advanced data analysis, statistical tools, and root‑cause analysis - Strong stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional facilitation - Excellent written and verbal communication Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field - Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent) certification required ---
