Job Title: Creative Strategist
Role Summary:
Define, develop, and execute end‑to‑end creative strategy across brand, product, and growth initiatives. Translate company vision into compelling, measurable storytelling that drives user acquisition, engagement, and brand equity.
Expectations:
* Deliver a clear, aligned creative strategy within the first 90 days.
* Consistently elevate creative quality to a “gold standard” that resonates emotionally and supports measurable business outcomes.
* Maintain agility through rapid test‑and‑learn cycles to refine narratives and content.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the creative vision and ensure consistency across copy, visuals, and concepts.
* Translate complex brand directions into actionable briefs for internal teams, agencies, and influencers.
* Partner with leadership to convert company strategy into a unified creative agenda.
* Ideate, launch, and iterate high‑impact multi‑channel campaigns that support growth and engagement metrics.
* Direct PR, public narratives, and content strategy (blog, social) with an approachable, honest tone.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with Growth, Product, and Marketing to align creative work with commercial goals.
Required Skills:
* Mastery of a core creative discipline (e.g., high‑impact copywriting, professional videography, or short‑form video production).
* Expert briefing and creative direction ability, ensuring brand tone is retained across partners.
* Strong visual and narrative storytelling that blends art and science to evoke emotional connection.
* Rapid iteration, MVP launching, and prototyping to quickly gather user feedback and adjust.
* Proven track record of setting a gold standard and scaling creative execution in fast‑growing tech or fintech contexts.
* Leadership experience over agencies, influencers, or cross‑functional teams with demonstrable influence on company‑level decisions.
* Deep understanding of root customer problems, competitive differentiation, and the role of experience in product success.
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (preferred).
* Professional certifications in creative strategy, copywriting, or digital marketing (e.g., AMA Certified Digital Marketer, HubSpot Content Marketing Certified) are a plus.
