Job Description
**Job Title:** Help Desk Technician (H/F/X) **Role Summary:** Provide first‑ and second‑level technical support to internal users (Android and iOS) by diagnosing, resolving, and escalating incidents. Ensure high service quality, adherence to SLA, and continuous improvement of documentation and knowledge base. **Expactations:** - Deliver prompt, accurate assistance and maintain user satisfaction. - Meet or exceed defined SLA targets for ticket resolution. - Keep ticket records up‑to‑date and contribute to knowledge‑base articles. - Collaborate effectively with internal technical teams and external providers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Receive and log requests/incidents via ServiceNow. - Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11 workstations, printers, local network, and Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Provide daily user guidance on IT tools and environments. - Escalate complex problems to higher support tiers when necessary. - Maintain rigorous ticket follow‑up and SLA compliance. - Create and update procedural and technical documentation. - Communicate with internal technical teams and external service partners. **Required Skills:** - Proficient with ServiceNow ticketing system. - Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems. - Expertise in Microsoft 365 applications. - Understanding of LAN fundamentals, Active Directory, and printer management. - Technical English (ability to read documentation and interact with international support). - Excellent service orientation and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - BTS Services Informatiques aux Organisations (SIO) or equivalent technical degree. - Optional/beneficial: ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals or comparable certifications.

**Job title:** Business Analyst – Data Supply Chain **Role Summary:** Analyze, design, and deliver data-driven insights to support supply‑chain decisions for a large automotive parts distributor. **Expectations:** - Deliver high-quality data analyses, dashboards, and reports that inform tactical and strategic decisions. - Maintain data integrity, KPI oversight, and audit‑ready datasets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and challenge functional requirements with users and ensure consistency. - Collect, cleanse, and transform supply‑chain data from D365, Manhattan, transport systems, and other ERP sources. - Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring timely distribution. - Support business users by providing datasets and guiding interpretation toward continuous improvement. - Collaborate with engineering on data sets for process simulation and impact studies. - Define KPI metrics for mid‑level and top management monitoring. - Distinguish operational versus strategic supply‑chain needs. - Ensure data reliability and traceability for audit purposes. **Required Skills:** - SQL querying, data modeling, and understanding of DAT/DEX files. - Strong analytical, abstract reasoning, and synthesis capabilities. - Excellent written and oral communication; presentation skills. - Experience in agile IT environments (DSI). - Proficiency in Power BI and data‑visualization tools. - Collaborative mindset, autonomy, and rigorous work ethic. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s (Bac+5) or graduate engineering/commercial school degree. - Professional experience ≥5 years in data analysis, preferably within the energy or environmental sectors.
