**Job Title**
Lease Manager (H/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead the long‑term leasing strategy for the brand’s commercial and non‑commercial assets across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Optimize the portfolio through renegotiations, rebuilds, right‑sizing and relocations while ensuring alignment with business growth plans. Build business cases, manage landlord relationships and collaborate cross‑functionally with Legal, Finance, Store Design, and corporate teams.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable leasing outcomes (cost savings, increased value, timely renewals).
- Provide a strategic, entrepreneurial approach to portfolio growth.
- Maintain strong financial stewardship, understanding P&L and lease economics.
- Communicate effectively in English; Flemish a plus.
- Travel frequently across the three countries.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Execute the long‑term leasing strategy and support capital projects.
2. Identify opportunities for portfolio enhancement, balancing short‑term impact with long‑term value.
3. Optimize leases through renegotiations, rebuilds, right‑sizing, relocations, and terminations.
4. Map competitors, monitor market trends, and source new retail locations.
5. Prepare comprehensive business cases – location suitability, commercial concept, space configuration, legal/financial terms.
6. Represent the brand to landlords and potential partners, fostering relationships for long‑term growth.
7. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Store Design, Visual, Areas, C&F) to align decisions and achieve approvals.
8. Support day‑to‑day leasing activities, maintaining accurate lease data in internal systems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Flemish knowledge is a plus.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business/Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of leasing, controlling, and/or real‑estate experience, preferably in retail.
- Demonstrated experience in property leasing and knowledge of legal frameworks and contract terms.
