Job Description
**Job Title:** HR Specialist **Role Summary:** Execute core HR functions in a high‑volume manufacturing environment, overseeing personnel administration, contract management, payroll processing, induction & exit procedures, disciplinary actions, and training record maintenance. Operate with Workday and Protime systems, manage external vendor coordination, and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate, timely HR services in a fast‑moving industrial setting. - Demonstrate proactive communication with employees, management, and external partners. - Maintain high confidentiality and data integrity across all HR documentation. - Support continuous improvement of HR processes and training frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and execute employment contracts, updating personnel data in Workday & Protime. - Process recorded hours, overtime, absences, and holidays; supply payroll data and related reports. - Distribute payroll slips, maintain up‑to‑date HR files, and preserve all documentation. - Lead induction and exit processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies. - Perform disciplinary actions and follow‑up procedures in accordance with regulations. - Manage skill & training matrices, archive training records, and coordinate training logistics. - Coordinate employee transportation and canteen services; process and resolve employee claims. **Required Skills:** - Profound knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and employment law. - Proficiency with Workday, Protime, and standard office productivity tools. - Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication in both French (fluent) and English (fluent). - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Management, or a related field (ENCG, ISCAE, HEM, or equivalent). - Minimum of 2 years’ HR experience in automotive or aerospace industries. - Relevant certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM‑CP, HRCI‑PHR) are an advantage but not mandatory. ---
