Job Description

Job Title: Graduate/Junior Quant Developer (start ASAP) Role Summary: Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining trading systems, analytics, and automation workflows for the Funding Desk, supporting market‑making and high‑frequency trading of interest‑rate products across traditional finance and crypto. Expactations: - Graduate or recent graduate with a graduation date within the last 12 months. - Strong foundation in quantitative finance and programming. - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, 24/7 trading environment. - Willingness to learn new market and technology developments quickly. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and support systems managing portfolio metrics (rates, liquidity, liquidation, credit, delta risk). - Develop end‑to‑end trading strategy pipelines: research, automation, optimal execution, and reporting. - Collaborate with Trading, Research, and Tech teams to ensure seamless 24/7 operations. - Automate trading workflows to improve efficiency, risk management, and execution quality. - Build trade‑analytics tools for monitoring performance and enhancing execution quality. Required Skills: - Proficient in an object‑oriented programming language (e.g., Python, C++, Java). - Strong analytical skills with ability to translate market data into actionable insights. - Excellent communicator, capable of working independently and as part of a team. - Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and self‑motivated. - Aptitude for rapid learning of new tools, markets, and development practices. - Demonstrated curiosity and problem‑solving mindset applied to market challenges. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field). - No mandatory certifications required, but experience with version control (Git), databases (SQL), and basic scripting is advantageous.
