**Job title:** IT Development Senior Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Senior Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions across multiple global instances. Drives configuration-first development, integrates Salesforce with external systems, and upholds coding standards and security compliance.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver high‑quality, scalable Salesforce applications on time.
- Maintain 100 % adherence to security policies, change‑management, and coding best practices.
- Mentor teammates and provide training on Salesforce and related technologies.
- Collaborate across IT teams in a matrixed, agile environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead end‑to‑end development for small‑to‑large initiatives across Salesforce Sales, Service, Commerce, and Experience Clouds.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages; develop Lightning components (Aura and Lightning Web Components).
- Design and implement custom UI using Visualforce, Lightning pages, and Aura/LWC.
- Configure and integrate Agentforce and other partner applications.
- Write technical design documents, perform code reviews, and enforce reusable patterns.
- Resolve bugs, support end‑user enhancements, and provide technical assistance.
- Participate in continuous improvement of Salesforce coding standards and frameworks.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura & LWC), Java, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL.
- Oriented towards object‑oriented programming, application lifecycle, and version control (Git, SVN, Bitbucket).
- Experience with API integration, web services, ETL tools (e.g., Informatica).
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP, CPQ, Oracle CPQ integration, and Marketo.
- Agile project management, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I & II, Platform App Builder certifications.
- Optional: Salesforce Sales, Service, Community Cloud Consultant certifications.
- Exposure to tools such as Copado, Einstein Analytics/Tableau, Azure DevOps preferred.
