Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst Role Summary: Analysing commercial opportunities and product enhancements to produce clear, actionable requirements; collaborating with engineering, product operations, and finance to drive data‑driven improvements; ensuring seamless delivery and implementation of solutions. Expectations: * Deliver concise, stakeholder‑ready documentation that translates business needs into technical specifications. * Communicate effectively across technical and business teams, building constructive relationships. * Apply analytical rigor to recommend sustainable process and system improvements. * Support delivery teams to validate that solutions meet business objectives and are delivered with minimal friction. Key Responsibilities: * Convert product improvement ideas into detailed requirements and documentation. * Partner with software engineering, product operations, and finance stakeholders to align on deliverables and practical outcomes. * Analyse data sets and process flows to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements. * Monitor delivery progress, ensuring solutions are implemented correctly and effectively. Required Skills: * Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a commercial, digital products or SaaS environment. * Strong analytical and numeracy abilities; adept at interpreting multi‑format reports. * Excellent documentation skills—capable of producing clear, concise artefacts without unnecessary complexity. * Effective communication and relationship‑building with technical and business audiences. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. * Relevant Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is an advantage but not mandatory.
