Job Description
**Job Title:** Security Account Manager **Role Summary:** Manage a portfolio of 12 manned‑guarding contracts, ensuring service delivery meets KPIs, SLAs, regulatory and client standards. Drive client relationships, financial discipline, operational performance, and continuous improvement while providing leadership during incidents and on‑call duties. **Expactations:** - Own end‑to‑end performance of assigned security contracts. - Maintain high‑quality, compliant guarding services across all sites. - Deliver accurate, timely reports and presentations to clients and senior management. - Act as primary client contact, handling escalations and proposing enhancements. - Ensure financial targets are met and identify cost‑efficiency opportunities. - Participate in on‑call rotation and lead during emergencies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor and audit service delivery through site visits, data analysis, and client feedback. - Develop and present KPI dashboards, slide decks, and investigation reports. - Lead investigations of security incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented. - Manage budgets, overtime, and contract variations in collaboration with finance. - Support compliance with company policies, client requirements, and legislation; assist audits and inspections. - Foster strong, trusted client relationships and conduct regular review meetings. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to raise security standards and resilience. **Required Skills:** - Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities. - Excellent written communication and report‑writing skills with attention to detail. - Advanced Excel for performance tracking and data analysis. - Proficient in PowerPoint for client‑facing presentations. - Financial acumen for budgeting, cost control, and commercial negotiations. - Investigative skills and ability to produce evidence‑based findings. - Leadership and decision‑making under pressure; on‑call availability. - Knowledge of security industry regulations, SOPs, and best practices. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Tertiary qualification in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field **or** equivalent professional experience. - Relevant security industry certifications (e.g., Certified Security Manager, SIA Licence, ISO 9001/45001 awareness) preferred. - Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to multiple sites.
