**Job Title:** Senior Project Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead and deliver complex, large‑scale healthcare implementation projects. Serve as the primary customer and executive liaison, overseeing cross‑functional teams across global locations while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Drive risk mitigation, performance measurement, and continuous process improvement to exceed customer expectations.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with executive stakeholders and customers.
- Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members.
- Champion best practices and drive scalability of project management processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource plans.
2. Serve as the trusted advisor to customers and senior leadership, providing insights on project status, risks, and opportunities.
3. Identify, assess, and mitigate implementation risks across multiple projects; create contingency plans for high‑impact scenarios.
4. Define, track, and report on project KPIs, using analytics to recommend and implement process improvements.
5. Lead cross‑functional teams (Product, Development, Testing) to align priorities, allocate resources, and resolve bottlenecks.
6. Facilitate customer workshops, product demos, and training sessions; support customer onboarding and long‑term success.
7. Mentor and coach team members, setting best‑practice standards and fostering professional growth.
8. Continually refine project management frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
9. Produce advanced dashboards and presentations for senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
10. Represent the organization at customer sites, executive meetings, and industry events, including international travel as required.
**Required Skills:**
- 10+ years of Project Management experience, with proven leadership of cross‑functional, multi‑site teams.
- Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and deep knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; proven ability to present to executive audiences.
- Expertise in risk and issue management, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with PM and collaboration tools: Salesforce, Microsoft Project, Visio, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.
- Experience facilitating workshops and delivering product training to customers.
- Solid business analysis and process optimization capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle shifting priorities, and thrive in fast‑paced environments.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- PMP certification (or PRINCE2/Agile certification) required.
- Experience in healthcare technology implementations is a strong advantage.
