**Job Title:** Graphic Design and Communications Intern – Summer 2026
**Role Summary:**
Support the Global Internal Communications team by creating visual assets that reinforce company brand and messaging across multiple internal channels. Collaborate with global stakeholders to translate communication strategies into engaging, on‑brand designs for campaigns, events, and digital content. Manage end‑to‑end design production, ensuring timely delivery and high quality across a variety of media.
**Expectations:**
- Maintain brand consistency with Seagate’s visual standards.
- Deliver design assets on schedule, handling revisions and approvals efficiently.
- Communicate progress, updates, and creative concepts clearly to teammates and stakeholders.
- Work independently while collaborating cross‑functionally and achieving deadlines.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Produce visual content for fact sheets, infographics, newsletters, presentations, web pages, emails, videos, posters, digital signs, and social media.
- Translate stakeholder briefings into mockups and finalized deliverables.
- Manage a workflow that includes client requests, revisions, approvals, and publishing.
- Contribute to internal communication initiatives such as virtual/on‑site events, content creation, survey administration, web content updates, and campaign metrics reporting.
- Identify and recommend improvements to internal communication reach and impact.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven visual design skills aligned with brand identity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
- Ability to create assets optimized for multiple channels (print, web, social, email).
- Solid communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to articulate creative decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and capacity to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented, quality‑focused, and flexible under changing priorities.
- Familiarity with current design trends, social media, and technology tools.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Expected return to school after the internship (Fall 2026).
