Job Description
Job title: Host / Receptionist Role Summary: Serve as the first point of contact and face of the property, delivering a high‑quality customer experience, managing inquiries, welcoming visitors, and providing support for meetings, viewings, and communal spaces. Expectations: Maintain a positive, energetic presence; adapt quickly to a fast‑paced environment; manage own workload; uphold high standards of presentation and service; promote wellbeing; demonstrate a can‑do attitude and proactive improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and register visitors and tenants • Monitor and respond to the daily enquiry mailbox • Facilitate meetings and support conference room usage • Host building viewings to aid the sales process • Maintain the appearance and food‑beverage service in lounges and communal areas • Gather and update customer intelligence in the CRM to support sales and retention • Coordinate with colleagues, management, and other departments • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer value and operational efficiency. Required Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication • Strong customer service orientation with hospitality/retail/cabin crew background preferred • Administrative proficiency (email, scheduling, CRM updates) • High attention to detail and multitasking ability • Energetic, positive, and adaptable in a dynamic setting • Team player with a collaborative mindset; capable of leading by example. Required Education & Certifications: • Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent • Prior administrative or office experience • Hospitality or customer‑service related certification a plus.
