**Job Title:** Web Developer **Role Summary:** Design, build, and maintain secure, cloud‑hosted web applications for a high‑volume Point‑of‑Sale system. Collaborate across product, design, QA, and operations to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable code. Ensure cross‑browser compatibility, automated testing, and adherence to security best practices. **Job Title** Director, Partnership Development **Role Summary** Lead the design, launch, and scaling of VAR, ISV, association, and referral partner programs across Canada to drive partner‑generated pipeline and revenue. **Expactations** - 8+ years in channel/strategic partner development within fintech, payments or SaaS. - 5+ years managing API and third‑party integrations on AWS, Azure or GCP. - 8+ years negotiating reseller contracts, channel pricing models, and managing commercial agreements. - 7+ years in partner performance management, KPI definition, scorecards and QBR execution. - 8+ years using CRM/PRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, partner portals). - Proven pipeline management, forecasting and revenue reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau). - Fluent in English; bilingual French preferred. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnerships with VARs, ISVs, associations and referral sources across Canada. - Assess partner fit through technical capability, integrations, go‑to‑market alignment and revenue potential. - Lead partner onboarding: technical alignment, integration planning, sales enablement, certification, joint GTM execution. - Build executive‑level relationships with partner decision‑makers to secure commitment and drive adoption. - Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations for seamless partner integration. - Monitor partner KPIs and performance metrics, identify gaps and implement enablement/remediation plans. - Conduct quarterly business reviews, refine joint plans and drive retention/expansion. - Deliver pipeline, forecast, activation and revenue impact reports to senior leadership. **Required Skills** - Strategic channel & partnership design & execution. - Technical understanding of API integrations and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Negotiation and contract management of reseller agreements and channel pricing. - Partner performance analysis, KPI development and scorecard management. - CRM/PRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot). - Pipeline forecasting, revenue reporting and data analytics (Excel, Power BI, Tableau). - Strong executive‑level communication and stakeholder management. - Multilingual capability (English mandatory; French highly desirable). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, technology or related field. - Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CRM (Salesforce).
