Job Description
**Job Title:** eCommerce Marketing Specialist I - CAN **Role Summary:** Leads the development and execution of digital content and merchandising strategies on YETI.ca, driving high-converting customer experiences through integrated content and commerce initiatives. **Expectations:** Execute growth-focused digital content plans, manage website launch and campaign operations, provide data‑driven insights, and collaborate closely with marketing, IT, and external vendors to enhance eCommerce functionality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement growth‑oriented digital content strategy with digital leadership. - Operate the website for new product launches and campaigns; activate and manage site content. - Coordinate seasonal campaign calendars with marketing. - Generate data‑based recommendations and solve product/brand experience issues. - Draft content briefs for product storytelling across customer segments. - Oversee copy translations, ensuring brand voice consistency. - Monitor and report on category/SKU metrics (impressions, traffic sources, etc.). - Partner with IT and digital leads to improve frontend and backend eCommerce functions. - Manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, eCommerce, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce site operations, or site publishing. - Bilingual English‑French (preferred). - Proficiency with technical site merchandising, including SFCC Business Manager (preferred). - Strong analytical skills with experience in eCommerce platforms, site analytics tools, and CMS. - Excellent interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration and vendor management. - Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving capabilities in ambiguous situations. - Deep appreciation for user experience, site navigation, content hierarchy, and interaction design. - Detail‑oriented self‑starter capable of delivering results in a dynamic environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, eCommerce, or related discipline.
