Job Description
**Job title** Supplier Manager **Role Summary** Manage and optimise relationships with key third‑party suppliers to achieve commercial, contractual, risk and performance objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers, integrating procurement strategy with business needs and driving continuous improvement across the supplier lifecycle. **Expectations** * Deliver world‑class supplier management practices across a global, varied supplier base. * Navigate ambiguity and multiple priorities while maintaining commercial discipline. * Use data analytics to inform decisions and improve supplier performance. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Oversee supplier performance against contractual KPIs and SLAs. 2. Manage contract negotiation, renewal and compliance, ensuring alignment with procurement policy. 3. Identify, analyse and resolve performance issues in partnership with business stakeholders. 4. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to increase supplier value and experience. 5. Maintain accurate supplier records, risk assessments and compliance checks. 6. Serve as single point of contact for assigned suppliers and coordinate with procurement, finance and operations teams. **Required Skills** * Proven supplier management experience across a diverse, global supply base. * Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills. * Expertise in contractual terms, procurement processes and performance metrics. * Data‑driven, pragmatic decision making; proficiency with supplier performance tools. * Project management capability and ability to work under tight timelines. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, procurement, or related field. * Professional procurement certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, PMP) preferable but not mandatory.
