Job Title: Business Implementation Consultant
Role Summary:
Consult with e‑commerce clients to deploy and optimize Bloomreach Engagement Platform solutions, translating business needs into data‑driven, AI‑enabled personalization strategies that improve KPIs and ROI.
Expectations:
- Deliver measurable value through platform adoption within 30–60 days.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships across all stakeholder levels.
- Maintain expert knowledge of platform modules and industry trends.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements, data structures, and migration plans.
- Design, deploy, and automate platform configurations and features.
- Advise on e‑commerce, analytics, data management, marketing automation, and mobile technologies.
- Lead client onboarding, adoption, and feature utilization workshops.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to co‑create strategy roadmaps and KPI dashboards.
- Partner with internal teams to develop service offerings and improve processes.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve client issues with a goal‑oriented approach.
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of SaaS consulting experience.
- Proficiency with at least one Bloomreach Engagement platform feature.
- Knowledge of online analytics, performance marketing, marketing automation, data science, A/B testing, personalization, campaign optimization, CLV, email automation, reactivation, attribution, prediction, product recommendations, and e‑commerce.
- Strong consulting, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Excellent organizational, proactive problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- Native or professional fluency in English.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in SaaS, marketing automation, or data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe).
