Job Description
Job Title: Senior Associate, Growth Marketing Role Summary: Own and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, influencer and other growth channels, driving profitable brand growth while collaborating creatively with partners to deliver high‑performing content. Expectations: Deliver measurable increases in key acquisition and retention metrics; identify, test, and scale campaign prospects; and consistently generate data‑driven insights that inform broader marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Day‑to‑day execution, optimization, and reporting of Meta/TikTok/influencer growth campaigns. - Partner with designers and influencers to produce, test, and iterate “scroll‑stopping” performance creative. - Design and run experiments (creative, price, user journey, attribution) and deliver actionable insights. - Manage ad account structure, cost reporting, attribution, and KPI dashboards. - Champion new growth opportunities, tools and platforms; test and validate emerging marketing channels. - Cross‑functional collaboration on seasonal initiatives and brand positioning shifts. - Provide hands‑on support: ad creative development, QA tracking, ad hoc performance reporting. Required Skills: - 4+ years growth marketing experience in D2C (e‑commerce or subscription), 2+ years hands‑on Meta media buying. - Proven ability to structure and scale ad budgets for profitability. - Strong creative intuition and basic design competency (Canva, CapCut). - Data literacy: Excel/Sheets mastery, GA4, basic SQL a plus. - Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPM, CVR, CAC, LTV, ROI). - Experience managing influencers, designers and cross‑functional teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence. - Customer‑centric mindset and entrepreneurial, adaptive approach to ambiguity. - Passion for dogs (required).
