Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer/ Specialist
Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior Quality Assurance Engineer / Specialist **Role Summary:** Lead and manage the Quality Assurance Program for multiple projects, ensuring compliance with JESA QMS, client quality requirements, and project quality plans. Drive quality planning, audits, risk workshops, and KPI monitoring to achieve project success and continuous improvement. **Expactations:** - Deliver activities that guarantee project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. - Provide proactive quality leadership, analysis, and corrective action to prevent defects. - Communicate quality status clearly to project management, stakeholders, and the client. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with QA Manager to develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP). - Plan and execute QA activities (audits, client surveys, pass‑gate reviews). - Facilitate project initiation and risk‑management workshops; track action‑item closure. - Conduct spot checks of processes and deliverables; analyze findings and recommend corrective/preventive actions. - Monitor and report KPIs; maintain a project QA dashboard for management. - Prepare quality inputs for Operation Project Reviews (OPRs) and client reviews. - Oversee project close‑out activities and ensure all QA documentation is complete and retained. **Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, ISO 9001, and related quality systems. - Experience leading quality audits and risk management workshops. - KPI analysis and dashboard reporting. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. - Detail‑oriented, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, or related field (equivalent). - Minimum 5‑year engineering background, 2+ years in a senior QA role. - Certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt or QA/QC relevant credentials are preferred.
