Job Title: Integration Developer – Red Hub Fuse
Role Summary: Design, build, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using Red Hub Fuse, Apache Camel, and ActiveMQ for property‑and‑casualty insurance systems. Deliver secure, scalable REST/SOAP APIs, support underwriting, claims, and policy administration workflows, and address production incidents.
Expectations: 3 + years of hands‑on integration development; strong Java/Spring expertise; experience with enterprise integration patterns, message middleware, and CI/CD pipelines; ability to work in a regulated, agile environment; excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain integration flows with Red Hub Fuse, Camel, and ActiveMQ.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and application teams to capture integration requirements for policy, billing, and claims systems.
- Create and expose secure RESTful and SOAP APIs for internal and external data exchange.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and data privacy regulations.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and DevOps practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Java and Spring Framework.
- Deep knowledge of Red Hub Fuse, Apache Camel, or JBoss Fuse.
- Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and message‑oriented middleware.
- Experience with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins) and basic DevOps.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Familiarity with insurance core systems (e.g., Guidewire) a plus.
- Spring Boot, cloud services (AWS Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway), Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) are desirable.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications in Java, Spring, or Red Hub technologies preferred but not mandatory.
