Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Analytics Engineer (Cancer Services) **Role Summary:** Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data and analytics solutions for Cancer services, supporting data-driven decision-making for clinical and operational stakeholders. **Expectations:** - Deliver end-to-end analytics solutions for Cancer data governance and reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data models, dashboards, and reporting systems. - Ensure data quality, scalability, and alignment with organizational and national standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement Power BI dashboards, data models, and reports for Cancer services. - Optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and SQL Server queries for performance and accuracy. - Monitor and troubleshoot data warehouse systems, ensuring seamless operations. - Partner with clinical and performance teams to align analytics with reporting needs. - Facilitate Data Governance Group meetings, tracking actions and resolutions. - Lead Agile/DevOps initiatives for testing and delivering high-quality analytics solutions. **Required Skills:** - Advanced SQL Server and Power BI development expertise. - Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting tools. - Strong knowledge of data warehouse architecture and governance. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management. - Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. - Certifications in SQL Server (e.g., MCSE) and Power BI (e.g., DP-203) preferred.
