**Job Title** Supply Side Onboarding Associate **Role Summary** Outward-facing role focused on onboarding suppliers via outbound phone calls, technical configuration, and education to ensure platform adoption and long-term success through structured support and collaboration. **Expectations** - Execute high-volume outbound outreach to drive supplier sign-ups and onboarding completion. - Resolve technical onboarding blockers (e.g., access, data formatting) and escalate complex issues. - Educate partners on sustainability initiatives and platform value. - Maintain CRM accuracy and track onboarding progress against targets. - Collaborate cross-functionally to refine onboarding processes and improve user experience. - Continuously improve call guides, documentation, and training materials. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct outbound phone calls for supplier onboarding, account setup, data imports, and integration checks. - Provide step-by-step technical guidance for platform configuration (permissions, catalogs, SFTP/API basics). - Diagnose and resolve login/access/file formatting issues; coordinate with Product/Engineering for deeper fixes. - Explain platform capabilities and sustainability benefits during onboarding sessions. - Update CRM records, manage follow-up tasks, and prioritize partner activation goals. - Share feedback with Sales, Product, and Compliance teams to improve onboarding workflows. - Monitor onboarding metrics (time-to-activation, CSAT) and report progress to stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Native-level English fluency with confident phone communication and written clarity. - 1–3+ years in B2B/SaaS onboarding, customer success, or sales roles with outbound call experience. - Proficiency in web apps, spreadsheets (CSV/XLSX), and technical guides for data configuration. - Ability to simplify technical processes for non-technical users. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. - Resilience, target-driven mindset, and willingness to iterate on feedback. **Required Education & Certifications** Not specified.
