Job Description
**Job Title:** Data Analyst – Advance Work Packaging Programme (Sizewell C) **Role Summary:** Support the development and execution of the Advance Work Packaging (AWP) programme for the Sizewell C nuclear power station, managing work‑package planning, coordination, scheduling, constraint removal, process design, and data flow to support on‑time delivery and performance reporting. **Expectations:** * Deliver accurate, constraint‑free work packages that enable smooth project execution. * Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Planning, Project Controls, Engineering, Supply Chain) to align schedules and resources. * Maintain data integrity and provide timely reporting for overall project performance. * Lead continuous improvement of AWP processes and documentation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with delivery teams to develop and roll out the AWP programme. - Manage and coordinate work‑package planning and creation across areas/disciplines. - Participate in Path of Construction and construction schedule development to support AWP and predictable workflow. - Prepare and sequence Area/Discipline work packages and Installation Work Packages. - Identify and remove constraints early through alignment of supporting information and actions. - Develop process maps and workflows for managing data, documents, and 3‑D models within the AWP programme. - Coordinate with site‑wide Project Functions and Supply Chain to support the CWA AWP programme. - Oversee Installation Work Package execution, review, close‑out, including delay and constraint analysis. - Manage content changes to work packages (additions, removals, revisions). - Assist the AWP Lead in monitoring implementation and individual area performance. - Manage data flow for the AWP programme back to Project Controls for incorporation into overall project performance reporting. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in Advance Work Packaging programmes on large‑scale industrial projects. - Strong planning and scheduling skills (Primavera, Synchro 4D, Navisworks). - Data analysis and reporting proficiency (Power BI, MS Office, database applications). - Ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary teams. - Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office suite and database tools. - Experience coordinating with Planning, Project Controls, Engineering, and Supply Chain functions. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Planning, or equivalent. - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar AWP or civil‑engineering analysis role.

Job title: Senior Control Systems Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and validate substation control systems for high‑voltage transmission projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards. Lead configuration, testing, and commissioning activities while maintaining robust cyber security practices. Expectations: Deliver functional design specifications, conduct factory and site acceptance tests, and support client interactions throughout the project lifecycle. Operate as an on‑call engineer for substation control system support and maintain strong supplier‑customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Design and configure Substation Control Systems (HMI, graphics, I/O). - Produce and execute Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) documentation and perform client‑witness testing. - Conduct Type Registration FATs and oversee commissioning, holding the Commissioning Passport. - Apply cyber‑security measures within the substation environment. - Draft clear Functional Design Specifications and maintain project documentation. - Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to optimise solution delivery. - Participate in on‑call duties as part of the SSSC team.
