Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer Role Summary Lead end‑to‑end systems engineering for electro‑optical and other defense systems, integrating military off‑the‑shelf (MOTS) and custom components. Required Education & Certifications - STEM degree or equivalent vocational experience in engineering. - Knowledge of tools such as IBM DOORS Next and TestRail (preferred). - Certifications in functional safety standards (IEC 61508 or ISO 26262) and military vehicle systems standards (DEF STAN 00‑082, 23‑09, DEF STAN 00‑035, MIL‑STD‑810) are highly desirable but not mandatory. Required Education & Certifications (summary) - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent). - Systems Engineering experience: 3+ years. - Familiarity with functional safety and military standards desirable.
