Job Description
**Job Title** HR Administrator (Fixed Term Contract) **Role Summary** Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Service Centre, ensuring accurate HR data management, smooth process delivery, and high‑quality stakeholder communication. Act as a central point of contact for HR queries, maintain systems integrity, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR operations. **Expectations** - Deliver timely, accurate administrative services across a high‑volume, dynamic workload. - Adhere to HR policies, data protection, and compliance requirements. - Build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels and actively support team collaboration. - Flexibly manage changing priorities and meet tight deadlines. - Demonstrate professionalism and a proactive mindset in all interactions. **Key Responsibilities** - Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in line with data protection regulations. - Process employee data, track contracts, reference checks, and absence records. - Respond to HR queries via phone, email, and written letters with clarity and professionalism. - Generate high‑quality written communications (letters, emails, reports). - Prioritise tasks, manage workload in a fast‑paced environment. - Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and service delivery. - Support the HR team in day‑to‑day operations and service enhancement initiatives. **Required Skills** - Strong organisational and time‑management abilities. - Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with HRIS preferred. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of independent work. - Ability to collaborate and build relationships across business functions. **Required Education & Certifications** - No specific degree or certification mandated; relevant administrative experience and HR knowledge are essential.
