**Job Title** Senior Manager, Product Creation Materials Operations **Role Summary** Lead the Materials team to achieve operational excellence and drive transformation in product creation. Balance day‑to‑day execution with long‑term strategic development, mentor emerging leaders, and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives to deliver critical milestones. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable improvements in production flow, cost efficiency, and quality. - Establish clear prioritization, tracking, and accountability systems. - Partner with senior leadership to design and implement a new operating model. - Mentor and coach team leaders in strategy, communication, and execution oversight. - Ensure seamless cross‑functional coordination among Supply Chain, Product Creation, Tech, Process Mapping, Change Management, and Communications. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and maintain prioritization and tracking systems that drive execution and mitigate roadblocks. - Design and implement an operating model, including team rhythms, decision‑making forums, and accountability mechanisms. - Coach and develop first‑time people leaders in strategic thinking and execution oversight. - Coordinate cross‑functional activities across Supply Chain, Product Creation, Tech, Process Mapping, Change Management, and Communications to meet milestones. - Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational excellence. - Report on progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership. **Required Skills** - 7+ years of experience in materials management and product creation within apparel or consumer goods. - Strong program management skills; proven ability to manage milestones, dependencies, and cross‑functional delivery. - Exceptional facilitation and communication abilities; adept at unblocking teams and creating focus in fast‑paced environments. - Track record of mentoring leaders and implementing process improvements that deliver operational results. - Strategic mindset with execution focus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (advanced degree preferred). - Certifications in program/project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
