Job Description
Job Title: Hilti Graduate Program – Sales / Business Track Role Summary: A 2‑year rotational graduate program that combines account management with cross‑functional projects, leading to a full‑time role in sales or business functions (e.g., Business Development, Marketing, Finance, HR, Service Consulting). Expactations: - Deliver structured onboarding, coaching, and skill development. - Manage performance reviews, career mapping, and talent placement. - Facilitate knowledge transfer between departments and support team integration. Key Responsibilities: - Complete 1‑month intensive onboarding and foundational training. - Act as an Account Manager for the first 12 months, executing core sales duties. - Lead a 20 % strategic cross‑department project between months 12–16. - Choose a 4‑month project in another department or transition to a permanent role after 16 months. - Participate in workshops, mentorship sessions, and networking events. - Collaborate with stakeholders, deliver measurable outcomes, and provide regular progress reports. Required Skills: - Master’s degree earned or expected; 0–2 years of professional experience. - Fluency in English and either French or Dutch. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Leadership potential, proactive mindset, solution‑oriented approach. - Flexibility, ambition, and willingness to relocate nationally or internationally. - Team‑player attitude and self‑direction. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline. - No mandatory certifications; coursework or experience in sales, marketing, project management, or finance is advantageous.
