**Job Title:** Salesforce Solution Architect
**Role Summary:**
Design, implement, and oversee Salesforce solutions for a large, customized in‑house platform serving 2,500 users in a global payments environment. Align sales, customer service, marketing, and risk functions with best‑practice Salesforce architectures, guide delivery and user acceptance, and coordinate product strategy across the organization.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions that meet business needs while adhering to platform best practices.
- Maintain data integrity and robust data models within Salesforce.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to secure buy‑in and guide solution adoption.
- Continuously evaluate new Salesforce features, third‑party tools, and industry trends to keep the platform current and competitive.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Risk stakeholders to capture requirements and define business goals.
- Design high‑level Salesforce solutions, including architecture diagrams, process flows, user stories, and wireframes.
- Convince stakeholders of recommended solutions and obtain approvals.
- Work with product owners and technical architects to refine specifications and ensure feasibility.
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery, including configuration, integration, testing, and user acceptance.
- Coordinate product managers to align initiatives with the Salesforce strategy.
- Evaluate, recommend, and select Salesforce and third‑party applications (e.g., Commerce Cloud, CPQ, Einstein, AWS Connect).
- Keep up to date with Salesforce product releases and best‑practice guidelines.
**Required Skills:**
- 3‑5 years as a Salesforce Solution Architect or 5+ years as a Sales Cloud/Service Cloud consultant.
- Experience with ≥5 Salesforce deployments.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, architecture, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, visual) and stakeholder management.
- Ability to create user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
- Preferred: experience in financial services, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, AgentForce, Einstein, AWS Connect.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Salesforce Architect certification path (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) highly preferred.
- Salesforce consultant certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) a plus.
