Job Description
**Job Title** Data Analytics Manager **Role Summary** Lead the European data and analytics team, managing two direct reports and driving innovation across Tableau and Snowflake platforms. Spearhead value‑based prioritisation, end‑to‑end delivery of analytics solutions, and the transition from descriptive to prescriptive analytics. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable business impact through data‑driven insights. - Mentor and develop agile analytics teams. - Act as a regional connector on global data strategy initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Lead and coach analytics, data science, audience insights, and reporting leads; set objectives, monitor performance, and nurture talent. 2. Architect data infrastructure: data warehousing, dimensional modelling, ETL pipelines, API integrations, and data governance. 3. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI. 4. Apply advanced analytics techniques (predictive modelling, clustering, segmentation, logistic regression, ROI measurement, etc.) to solve business problems. 5. Prioritise initiatives based on business impact and total cost of ownership. 6. Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and influence stakeholders across regions. 7. Communicate progress and insights to stakeholders and technical teams. 8. Support the global data & tech strategic roadmap and ensure successful execution of learning across markets. 9. Offer occasional onsite support in the UK as required. **Required Skills** - Enterprise‑level data analytics, reporting, and data product development. - Advanced analytical methods: factor analysis, predictive modelling, cluster analysis, segmentation, and marketing mix/ROI measurement. - Proficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). - Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). - Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL, Snowflake). - Experience with data warehousing, dimensional modelling, ETL, APIs, and data governance. - Leadership of cross‑functional, highly analytical teams. - Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (M.A., M.S., MBA) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field. - Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Snowflake Data Engineer, Agile Practitioner).
