Job Description

**Job title** AI Development Engineer – Plan Reading & Comparison (F/M) **Role Summary** Assist in developing an AI-driven tool for automatic reading, understanding, and comparison of industrial tooling plans. Work under an AI Project Manager and senior AI engineer within a multidisciplinary team to enhance documentation reliability and traceability in aerospace tooling design. **Expectations** - Acquire and apply knowledge of computer vision techniques for CAD formats (PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP). - Design, implement, and validate AI pipelines that extract key data (dimensions, references, annotations) and compare geometric and textual differences between plan versions. - Integrate the solution into an Azure OpenAI or equivalent cloud environment. - Maintain rigorous data organization, documentation, and performance evaluation. - Provide a demonstration interface for business stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Conduct literature review on technical plan analysis and computer‑vision approaches to CAD files. 2. Engineer and train models (PyTorch/TensorFlow) for automated information extraction from engineering drawings. 3.
