**Job Title:** Head of Product - Platform
**Role Summary**
Lead the strategic vision and execution of a scalable, secure, and reliable platform supporting SaaS solutions in fraud detection and AML compliance. Ensure technical, operational, and enterprise-readiness for global deployments while aligning business, technical, and customer priorities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute long-term platform product strategy, roadmap, and vision for scalability, reliability, and security.
- Oversee platform infrastructure and services, including deployment blueprints, SLAs, documentation, and cloud hosting processes (public/private).
- Develop enterprise-focused solutions, balancing flexibility and scalability for customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to align product priorities, resolve technical debt, and ensure incident management.
- Partner with sales, finance, and solutions teams to design pricing models and materials for complex enterprise contracts.
- Manage team budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning for platform initiatives.
- Lead technical and functional product owner teams, fostering accountability and cross-functional alignment.
- Act as senior product leader alongside the VP Platform Engineering, defining product direction and rationale.
**Required Skills**
- 8+ years leading SaaS platform products, with enterprise-scale or high-transactions industry experience (e.g., payments).
- Expertise in cloud-native technologies: microservices, Kubernetes, databases, data lakes, APIs, and low-latency systems.
- Experience designing deployment strategies, SLAs, and enterprise-grade operational processes.
- Strong analytical skills for resource planning, budget ownership, and developer efficiency optimization.
- Proficiency in Jira and product operations tools; ability to scale workflows across teams.
- Advanced stakeholder management, communication, and strategic alignment across technical and commercial teams.
