Job Description

**Job Title:** Fullstack Engineer **Role Summary** Collaborate in a 3-4 person squad to design, maintain, and enhance a scalable SaaS product used by 20,000+ users across 200+ B2B enterprises. Focus on technical ownership, product evolution, and supporting recruitment and architectural decisions. **Expectations** - 3+ years of fullstack development experience with modern frameworks. - Proactive engagement in technical decision-making and cross-team collaboration. - Ability to mentor and share expertise with junior engineers. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and optimize front-end/back-end features using Python, Vue 3, and associated tools. - Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications. - Monitor and resolve production incidents; contribute to system reliability. - Evaluate and improve technical architecture and infrastructure. - Participate in recruitment processes for post-Series A growth. **Required Skills** - **Front-end:** Vue 3 (TypeScript), Pinia, Vuetify. - **Back-end:** Flask (Python), Celery, MongoDB/SQLite. - **DevOps:** Docker, AWS (EC2, Redis), Terraform. - **Testing:** Vitest, Cypress, Pytest. - **Data/Analytics:** BigQuery, dbt, Kestra, Amplitude. - **Collaboration:** Notion, Linear, GitHub, Figma. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or related field. - Demonstrated proficiency in fullstack development with at least one backend framework (e.g., Flask, Django) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue, React). - No specific certifications required; equivalent practical expertise acceptable.
