**Job Title**
Hospitality Operations Executive (Supply Operations)
**Role Summary**
Operations‑focused role (~75%) responsible for end‑to‑end supplier fulfilment, event readiness, and supply coordination on a dynamic marketplace. Works closely with Marketplace Sales and cross‑functional teams to offload revenue teams, ensuring seamless supplier execution across menus, pricing, logistics, and on‑site support.
**Expectations**
- Manage top‑tier suppliers and live briefs, maintaining high service quality.
- Own supplier‑side execution for large bids and enterprise clients.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between suppliers and internal teams.
- Provide on‑site support for load‑ins, onboarding, and troubleshooting (without full event production duties).
- Continuously improve processes through supplier feedback and industry trend monitoring.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the key operational point of contact for suppliers on live briefs and large events.
- Support Account Managers and Sales Executives by handling menus, pricing, packages, logistics, and availability.
- Coordinate and brief suppliers to ensure event success, including pre‑briefings and set‑up.
- Perform on‑ground support for load‑ins and troubleshoot onsite issues.
- Manage supplier fulfilment for large bids and enterprise clients, ensuring no gaps.
- Oversee marketplace supply acquisition, onboarding, and trend monitoring to keep the supply base competitive.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Ops to resolve supplier support, payment, invoicing, and admin issues.
- Provide feedback on supplier insights and recurring problems to improve tools, processes, and systems.
- Represent the company at supplier events, tastings, and panels as needed.
**Required Skills**
- Experience in hospitality, events, food & drink, venues, or supplier‑led business (e.g., chef, trader, ops support, junior producer, supplier management).
- Strong operational mindset with a focus on detail and execution.
- Confidence speaking with suppliers at their level about food, logistics, pricing, and operations.
- Excellent organization and ability to juggle multiple moving parts.
- Proactive, problem‑solving attitude; self‑motivated to identify and resolve issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as CRMs, ticketing systems, or ops platforms (Salesforce, Front, etc.) a plus.
- Data‑awareness and attention to detail, understanding how ops efficiency drives commercial outcomes.
- Genuine interest in the food, drink, and events industry.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- No mandatory certifications required; relevant industry or technical training is advantageous.
