Job Description
**Job Title:** CRM Data Executive **Role Summary:** Analytical professional responsible for managing customer data, extracting insights, and optimizing marketing and sales initiatives through HubSpot and other CRM tools. Provides data-driven recommendations to demand generation, brand, and new business sales teams to increase conversion and revenue. **Expectations:** - Deliver clean, accurate customer data and governance practices. - Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketing and sales. - Maintain dashboards, reports, and A/B testing outcomes. - Support continuous performance improvement across email, social, content and nurture programs. **Key Responsibilities:** - • **Data Management & Governance** – Monitor data collection, identify gaps, correct inconsistencies, and maintain data integrity in HubSpot. - • **Data Analysis & Strategy** – Analyze contacts, leads, campaigns, interactions; identify trends; advise on acquisition and communication preferences. - • **Lead Generation & Qualification** – Research prospects, sync leads to HubSpot, segment by industry/size; qualify inbound leads (MAL/MQL) for sales outreach. - • **Segmentation & Targeting** – Build audience segments, develop personalised HubSpot sequences and targeted campaigns. - • **Pipeline Management** – Track lead movement, ensure accurate data, close gaps. - • **Reporting & Dashboards** – Create and maintain performance reports (conversion, lead gen, campaign ROI); present findings to stakeholders. - • **Performance Optimization & A/B Testing** – Identify optimisation opportunities; design, execute and analyse tests. - • **Industry Research** – Stay current on analytics trends, recommend new tools or data sources. - • **Training & On‑boarding** – Deliver HubSpot and SimilarWeb training to sales teams; reinforce data quality discipline. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in HubSpot marketing tools, or similar CRMs (Salesforce, Zendesk). - SQL and data querying proficiency. - Strong analytical, statistical, and data visualization skills (Excel, Google Charts, Tableau). - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present insights to non‑technical audiences. - Detail‑oriented problem‑solving mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field (preferred). - HubSpot CRM Certification (advantageous).
