Key Responsibilities: • Define high‑level business objectives and value statements for each project or track within the Claims Transformation Program. • Create optimized process models and contribute to high‑level architecture, collaborating with IT architects. • Develop an initial feature backlog to support IT detail requirements and implementation planning. • Conduct gap and performance analyses of current claims procedures. • Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including Claims Operations, Brokers, and clients. • Coordinate testing, implementation support, and adoption activities. • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Required Skills: • 5–8 years experience in Non‑Life Insurance Claims processes. • Proven analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving capabilities. • Strong communication and client‑orientation. • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage own workload. • Assertive, proactive, and results‑driven attitude. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio or equivalent BPM tools. • Experience with case‑management tools or commercial claims software. • Senior‑level Business Analysis expertise (5–8 years) with BPMN/CMMN and Business Architecture. • Fluency in Dutch and French (English desired).
