Job Description
**Job Title** HR Development Officer – Internship or Apprenticeship (M/F) **Role Summary** Support the Human Capital department in implementing HR development initiatives, training programs, recruitment processes, and internal HR marketing. Act as a project contributor and business partner within a team of five HR professionals at the corporate headquarters. **Expectations** - Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (M2) with a focus on Human Resources. - Available for a 4‑6‑month internship or a 12‑month apprenticeship starting January 2026. - Demonstrates creativity, pro‑activity, strong organization, and the ability to meet deadlines. - Shows excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. **Key Responsibilities** - Contribute to HR projects such as “Vis ma vie,” GEPP benchmark negotiations, and People Review. - Implement and monitor training actions: organize sessions, manage administrative, financial, and quality aspects. - Maintain and animate digital learning content on the LMS (360 Learning) with a focus on continuous improvement. - Assist in recruitment processes and support interview campaigns. - Facilitate the alternant/tutor community, propose initiatives to strengthen school relations. - Support major HR events (new‑employee onboarding, professional and annual appraisal campaigns). - Collaborate with internal communications to produce HR marketing material and job postings. - Participate in HR process improvement projects (e.g., probation‑period tracking tools, HR procedures). **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) – a plus. - Project‑management mindset and ability to work in cross‑functional teams. - Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in English (French a plus). - Ability to act as a Business Partner, showing responsiveness and stakeholder empathy. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (or in‑progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (M2 level). - Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in HR development, training, or recruitment preferred. - No specific certifications required; HR‑related certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) considered advantageous.
