Job Description
**Job Title** Director of Information Systems (Male/Female) **Role Summary** The Director of Information Systems is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving the digital transformation of a multi‑site SME/ETI, securing the IT environment, and aligning technology initiatives with the group’s business strategy. The role requires deep expertise in infrastructure, cloud, ERP/CRM, and cybersecurity, as well as proven experience managing projects and leading an IT team. **Expectations** - Align IT strategy with the overall strategic plan. - Ensure data, network, application, and infrastructure security across all sites. - Champion digital transformation initiatives such as ERP, CRM, and collaborative tools. - Deliver reliable, high‑performance IT services to support critical business operations. - Manage and develop a small internal team while coordinating external vendors. - Communicate effectively with senior management and business units to translate technology into business value. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop and execute the IT strategy in line with the group’s objectives. 2. Secure the multi‑site information system, managing cyber‑risk and implementing safeguards. 3. Oversee and integrate IT projects linked to external growth (M&A, partnerships). 4. Deploy new digital solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. 5. Structure IT processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices. 6. Guarantee availability and performance of critical infrastructure and applications. 7. Lead digital transformation projects (ERP, CRM, collaboration tools). 8. Supervise the internal IT team and coordinate third‑party service providers. 9. Provide proactive support, training, and field‑level user assistance. **Required Skills** - Minimum 10 years in senior IT roles (DSI/RSI) within a multi‑site SME/ETI. - Strong technical proficiency in networks, servers, hybrid cloud, Windows environments, ERP, and CRM systems. - Advanced cybersecurity knowledge and proven ability to manage risk and implement protection measures. - Project management experience, including planning, execution, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. - Team leadership with a service‑oriented mindset and strong pedagogical skills. - Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and adaptability in dynamic environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree + 5 years (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. - Relevant certifications preferred: PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent project/cybersecurity credentials.
