Job Title: React Web Developer (H/F)
Role Summary:
Design, develop, test, and maintain front‑end web applications using React. Deliver high‑quality, performant code in an agile environment, contributing to architecture decisions, code reviews, and continuous integration.

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams through daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Follow coding standards, conduct peer reviews, and maintain test coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and extend React components and features according to requirements.
2. Write unit and integration tests for React components.
3. Participate in code reviews and merge pull requests.
4. Implement CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) to automate builds and deployments.
5. Use Git for version control and Jira for issue tracking.
6. Engage in Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑up, sprint planning, sprint review, retro, planning poker).
7. Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis).
8. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to transform designs into responsive web interfaces.
9. Ensure accessibility, performance, and security best practices are applied.
Required Skills:
- Deep knowledge of React, JSX, JavaScript (ES6+), and component architecture.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, or similar).
- Familiarity with front‑end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Proficiency in Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins), and issue trackers (Jira).
- Comfortable with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis).
- Understanding of responsive design principles and CSS preprocessors.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and document architecture decisions.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s (Licence) to Master’s (Licence +2) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of professional React web development experience.
- Valid certifications are not mandatory; relevant training or > 4 years of experience will be considered sufficient.
