**Job title:** DevOps Engineer (H/F)
**Role Summary:**
Deploy, automate and maintain scalable infrastructure and application pipelines in a cloud‑native environment. Deliver continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), observability, and reliability across the full software lifecycle, ensuring production stability, performance, and capacity planning.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 3 years of DevOps experience.
- Bachelor’s (Bac +3) or Master’s (Bac +5) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Comfortable operating in agile teams, collaborating with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and eager to adopt new technologies and best practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Design, develop, configure, deploy, and test automation pipelines (CI/CD).
2. Implement and maintain Kubernetes clusters and Helm charts.
3. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Pulumi, Ansible, and GitHub Actions.
4. Deploy database solutions (PostgreSQL) and manage migrations.
5. Build and maintain observability stack (Grafana, Prometheus, Alertmanager, Dynatrace, Kibana).
6. Conduct performance and load testing with JMeter and Postman.
7. Assess technical risks, manage release rollouts, and ensure application availability.
8. Collaborate from ideation to deployment on observability, performance, and capacity planning.
9. Continuously improve product reliability, automation coverage, and deployment processes.
**Required Skills:**
- Kubernetes administration, Helm, Docker.
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Pulumi, Helm.
- Configuration management: Ansible, Pulumi.
- Scripting: Bash, Python, or equivalent.
- Cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid).
- Database (PostgreSQL) configuration and migration.
- Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, Alertmanager, Dynatrace, Kibana.
- Testing tools: JMeter, Postman.
- Agile principles, change management, and risk assessment.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 3 + years of proven DevOps experience in a production environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator, AWS/Azure/GCP DevOps Engineer) are advantageous but not mandatory.
