**Job Title** Sales – Key Account/Customer Development Management **Role Summary** Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for a defined customer segment, focusing on medium‑to‑long‑term growth, cross‑selling, and retention. Manage relationships with key accounts, oversee channel and field activities, and mentor less experienced colleagues. **Expectations** - Achieve or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts and territory. - Operate with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability. - Mentor and coach junior team members to elevate overall performance. - Identify innovative solutions to customer and market challenges. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop medium to long‑range sales plans and account strategies to protect, grow, and diversify client relationships. 2. Identify and pursue cross‑sell, upsell, and repeat‑sale opportunities within assigned accounts. 3. Resolve customer issues and deliver high‑quality post‑sales service. 4. Design and implement client retention and growth programs. 5. Monitor and report on account health, business opportunities, and market trends. 6. Coordinate with field sales, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to align execution. 7. Lead regular performance reviews with team members and provide development guidance. **Required Skills** - Strategic sales planning and account management - Strong relationship building and negotiation abilities - Analytical thinking with data‑driven decision making - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Problem solving and conflict resolution - Mentoring and coaching capability - Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools - Adaptability to diverse product lines and distribution channels **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Professional certifications such as Certified Key Account Manager (CKAM) or Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) preferred. ---
