Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Executive **Role Summary:** Quota-carrying individual contributor responsible for selling enterprise software solutions (Azul Platform Core, Prime, and Intelligence Cloud) in the EMEA region. Focus on expanding sales of cloud, security, Java, and DevOps technologies to small-to-medium-sized businesses and industry verticals. Requires collaboration with lead development teams and sales engineering to secure deals and maintain a high-performance sales pipeline. **Expectations:** - 10+ years of proven new business sales experience. - Demonstrated success selling cloud, security, Java, DevOps, Java frameworks, APM, or systems monitoring technologies. - Track record in Benelux or broader EMEA region. - Experience working with channel partners and across multiple product categories/industries. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales/business experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and manage relationships with enterprise clients to drive sales. - Generate and prioritize sales opportunities in partnership with lead development teams. - Build and maintain a 3X quota sales pipeline. - Execute monthly/quarterly sales closures and win competitive deals. - Collaborate with sales engineers to address technical and sales challenges. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in cloud and enterprise software sales. - Strong multilevel selling and stakeholder communication/influence skills. - Proficiency in deal qualification methodologies and sales automation tools. - Bilingual fluency in English and French; additional Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales, business, or technology-related field.
