**Job title** Lead AI Solutions Engineer **Role Summary** Lead AI Solutions Engineer designs, architect, and delivers AI‑driven solutions for enterprise clients. The role is client‑facing, responsible for translating complex business challenges into scalable AI architectures, managing delivery from concept to production, and guiding engineering teams through execution. **Expactations** - Own solution architecture for high‑impact, enterprise‑scale AI projects. - Drive end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality outcomes. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and client stakeholders to shape and refine AI workflows. - Mentor and elevate technical teams, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Partner with stakeholders to capture business requirements and identify AI opportunities. 2. Design and document robust, scalable AI solution architectures. 3. Break projects into clear workstreams, assign tasks, and monitor progress. 4. Lead hands‑on technical delivery, from prototyping through to production deployment. 5. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate new AI capabilities. 6. Contribute to the development of cutting‑edge AI workflows, including LLMs, RAG, or agent‑based approaches. **Required Skills** - Strong solution‑architecture mindset; ability to translate ambiguity into actionable designs. - Proven experience leading technical delivery end‑to‑end in complex AI or software projects. - Excellent structured problem‑solving and systems‑design skills. - Comfortable in client‑facing environments, bridging technical and business perspectives. - Exposure to LLMs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), machine‑learning pipelines, or agent‑based workflows is a plus. - Proficiency in Python, cloud AI services, and modern AI frameworks. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. - Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, GCP Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or Azure AI Engineer Associate) are preferred but not mandatory.
