Job Description: Job title: IT Project Manager – Application Role Summary: Lead the design and implementation of a new global management application to monitor and optimize field team activities within a mid-size non-profit undergoing IT modernization. Own the full project lifecycle from requirements capture to production deployment, ensuring alignment between technical teams, stakeholders, and business objectives. Expactations: Demonstrated experience in large-scale transformation projects, with a strong AMOA (Assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage) mindset and product-oriented approach. Proven ability to propose innovative solutions, including leveraging emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. Deliver high-quality functional specifications, performance criteria, and project documentation. Provide weekly dashboards to senior IT leadership. Operate independently under a CDI contract with minimal travel.
