Digital Marketing Executive
**Role Summary**
Lead day‑to‑day brand marketing for a sustainable D2C food & beverage e‑commerce business. Manage organic social, email, website content, and support paid media, driving campaign execution, storytelling, and performance analysis across digital channels.
**Expectations**
- Deliver consistent, engaging organic social and paid content aligned with brand tone and campaign calendar.
- Plan and execute targeted email automation, monitor metrics, and share actionable insights.
- Update website content and SEO assets in partnership with agency and e‑commerce teams.
- Analyze weekly consumer data, produce monthly performance reports, and recommend optimisation strategies.
- Collaborate with Communications, Ecommerce, and agency partners to align marketing initiatives.
- Maintain enthusiasm for sustainability and ethical business practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media**: Create, schedule, and publish organic posts on Meta, Instagram, and Facebook; support influencer activations.
- **Email & CRM**: Co‑develop newsletters, launch and promo emails; coordinate build, schedule, test with agency; track open, CTR, conversion.
- **Website & SEO**: Update blogs, landing pages, product copy; collaborate on keyword research, on‑page optimisation, and content development.
- **Analytics & Insights**: Weekly consumer insight analysis; monthly social and email performance reporting; cross‑functional campaign insights.
- **Paid Media Support**: Assist with paid media activity oversight and reporting.
**Required Skills**
- Social media management and scheduling (Meta, Instagram, Facebook).
- Strong copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling.
- Email marketing and CRM platform experience (e.g., Klaviyo).
- Data analysis, Google Analytics, and performance reporting.
- Graphic design and basic video editing (Canva, similar tools).
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content best practices.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms (Shopify) and paid/social channel operation.
- Collaborative mindset across cross‑functional teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Digital marketing, email marketing, or social media certifications are a plus.
