Job Description
Job title: Tech Lead Fullstack Role Summary Lead and mentor a dedicated squad in a fintech payment services environment. Drive end‑to‑end delivery of scalable backend and mobile‑native features, define architecture, enforce best practices, and collaborate with product, QA, and other technical leads to ensure high quality, secure, and reliable solutions within a cloud‑native stack. Expectations - Deliver technical excellence and governance for a high‑impact payment platform. - Act as a strategic technical influencer, shaping product direction and engineering standards. - Maintain stable production releases and rapid incident response. - Foster continuous improvement in development processes and team capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Manage squad, supervise developers, conduct agile ceremonies, and track delivery metrics. - Define and enforce backend (NestJS, GraphQL, Postgres, Prisma) and frontend (React Native) architecture for performance and scalability. - Implement and champion CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, code quality, and documentation standards. - Collaborate with QA to validate functional, security, and performance requirements. - Design and develop critical features, optimizing backend logic and frontend UI. - Oversee production deployments and ensure application stability. - Participate in discovery workshops with Product Managers/Owners to craft technically feasible solutions. - Coordinate cross‑squad technical dependencies and maintain open communication with other tech leads. - Contribute to product vision with technical expertise and data‑driven recommendations.
